Strategy, not just social media.

I help Australian churches get found online, communicate clearly, and build outreach plans that actually work.

01

Get found

Google Ad Grant setup and management

Google offers eligible Australian nonprofits up to $10,000 per month in free advertising through the Google Ad Grant. It's designed for organisations like yours, and most churches either don't know it exists or have tried to use it and found it too complex to manage effectively.

I handle the entire process — checking your eligibility, managing the application through Google for Nonprofits, setting up campaigns targeting the searches that matter in your area, and ongoing management to keep the account compliant and performing.

That means when someone in your community searches for a church, a support group, a community event, or help with the questions they're wrestling with, your church is what they find.

The gospel deserves to be heard. Being invisible on Google shouldn't be the thing standing in the way.

02

Get clear

Website, messaging and brand clarity

Your website is often the first place someone visits before they visit your church. It's doing more ministry than you think.

But it's not just about service times and a map. It's about whether someone who doesn't yet know you can quickly understand who you are, what you're about, and whether this might be a place for them.

I look at your digital presence through the eyes of someone who doesn't yet know your church — and help you make sure what they see reflects who you actually are. That includes your website, your Google Business Profile, and anywhere else someone might encounter you online.

I help churches find the right words for who they already are — so when people do find you, what they see is a true reflection of who you are and the Christ who makes you who you are.

03

Get strategic

Digital outreach strategy and planning

For churches that want more than a quick fix. I work with your leadership to build a digital outreach plan that fits your church — your context, your community, your actual capacity.

This isn't about doing everything at once. It's about identifying what will genuinely move the needle for your church and building a plan you can sustain. Strategy means knowing where to focus and what to leave for later. It means measuring what matters and being honest about what's working.

The same rigour that drives growth in any well-run organisation can serve your church's mission — when it's applied by someone who understands that the goal isn't growth for its own sake. It's making sure more people in your neighbourhood can encounter Jesus through your church.

Who this is for

Is this right for your church?

I work with senior pastors, church administrators, elders, and volunteer comms teams at churches of all sizes across Australia.

If your church is doing faithful work but struggling to be visible online — or if you know you should be doing more digitally but don't have the time, budget, or expertise to figure it out on your own — this is for you.

You don't need a big budget. You don't need a fancy website already in place. You don't need to understand Google Ads or SEO. You just need to be open to a conversation about how your church can reach more of the people God has placed around you.

Common questions

Questions I get asked

How much does this cost?

It depends on what your church needs. I'd rather have a conversation first and understand your situation before quoting a number. There's no cost for an initial chat.

How much of my time will this take?

As little as possible. I know church leaders are stretched thin. For Google Ad Grant management, I handle everything — you'll need about 30 minutes for an initial briefing and then occasional check-ins. For strategy work, we'll need a few focused conversations, but I do the heavy lifting.

Is my church eligible for the Google Ad Grant?

If your church is registered as a charity with the ACNC (Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission), you're likely eligible. Most Australian churches are. I can check for you in about five minutes.

Is my church too small for this?

No. In fact, smaller churches often benefit the most. You don't have a marketing team or a comms budget — but you still have people nearby who need what your church offers. That's exactly the problem I help solve.

Do I need a good website first?

Not necessarily. If your website needs work, that might be where we start. If it's basic but functional, we can often work with what you have. I'll be honest about what needs fixing and what's good enough.

I've tried doing this stuff before and it didn't work.

That's more common than you'd think. Usually it's because churches get advice to do lots of tactical things (post more, be consistent, try this platform) without anyone helping them think strategically first. That's the gap I fill.

Not sure which is right for your church?

Most churches I talk to aren't sure either. Let's start with a conversation and work it out together.
